German Consul General Visits Inclusion Factory, Discusses Inclusive Employment

The Inclusion Factory team introduced the organization’s development journey to the delegation. We integrates Germany’s “Lebenshilfe” model with local needs, gradually establishing an inclusive, supportive, and well-adapted employment environment for people with disabilities. Currently, We focuses on automotive parts production, with the majority of orders coming from German companies.

During the workshop tour, the delegation, accompanied by Board Directors Ms. Shen Ya and Ms. Chen Jing, General Manager Mr. Wu Xiaobin, and long-time supporter Thomas, observed multiple production lines up close. From specially modified workholding fixtures to visual work instructions, every detail reflected the factory’s commitment to precisely matching equipment and processes to employees’ individual capabilities.

We also introduced customized assembly equipment designed specifically for employees with disabilities. These assistive devices effectively enhance operational safety and work efficiency.

At the end of the visit, the group took a group photo in the factory lobby. China Inclusion Factory expressed sincere gratitude to the Consul General and his delegation for their visit, and looks forward to continued attention and support in the areas of inclusive employment, public awareness of social inclusion, and Sino-German corporate social responsibility cooperation.
