During the event, guests watched a short video featuring the growth stories of our employees, witnessing the meaningful changes that have taken place in their daily work and lives. From initial shyness and silence to gradually opening up and becoming part of the team, each genuine and heartfelt story deeply moved everyone present.
Employee Growth Video
Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, Chairman of the Board of Inclusion Factory, delivered the opening speech and expressed sincere gratitude to the government departments, partner companies, and all sectors of society that have continuously supported the development of the factory. He emphasized that Inclusion Factory remains dedicated to creating dignified and meaningful employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, while also calling on more companies and social organizations to work together in advancing inclusive employment and making inclusion a normal part of society.

Mr. Li Gang, Director of the Taicang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Administrative Committee, delivered a speech recognizing the social impact achieved by Inclusion Factory in the field of inclusive employment. He noted that Inclusion Factory has become one of the important highlights of Taicang’s cooperation with Germany in the field of social welfare. Looking ahead, the High-tech Zone will continue to optimize the policy environment, encourage more companies to create inclusive positions, and further promote the development of inclusive employment models.
