Charity in Action: Inauguration and Donation Ceremony of the “Disability Care Fund” Held Successfully

At the ceremony, Ms. Pu Chunyan, Deputy Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, presented the donation certificate to GEA and signed the agreement for the “Disability Care Fund.”

With the fund officially inaugurated by the Civil Affairs Bureau and the Disabled Persons’ Federation, future disability assistance will be more regularized and standardized, continuously providing warmth and strength to charitable disability services.

After the ceremony, Mr. Zhang Qiang, President of GEA Greater China, and Ms. Gong Yingyu, Senior Director of Strategic Marketing, visited Inclusion Factory to observe the daily work of employees with disabilities up close.
The employees’ conscientious and responsible attitude was deeply moving. The factory’s customized assistive equipment and optimized workflows effectively enhance efficiency and safety. The GEA delegation also gained further understanding of the specific measures taken by the factory in inclusive employment and expressed appreciation, as well as a desire to continue providing ongoing support for inclusive employment for people with intellectual disabilities.
