“Inclusive Food Delivery: Inclusion Factory Delivers” 100% from Bakkavor Taicang Factory
We are a social enterprise committed to fostering employment for individuals with intellectual disabilities and building an accessible work environment. Our goal is to enable employees to fully utilize their professional skills, contributing to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work atmosphere. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to realize their abilities, and to live a full participatory life.
Supported by Bakkavor, we introduced the “Inclusive Food Delivery” project, where our employees with disabilities, trained and supported by Job Coach, have become proficient delivery and sales personnel. They directly interact with customers, demonstrating their abilities. This initiative encourages our employees with disabilities to venture beyond the factory and explore broader societal engagement.
