Corporate Support in Action | Donation Ceremony Held at China Inclusion Factory

With heartfelt gratitude, we extended our thanks to three corporate donors—Commerce & Finance Law Offices, Suzhou Fred Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., and Jiangtai Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd.—for their continued care and support for disability inclusion.

At the ceremony, Director Weng Yao of the Taicang Charity Federation presented donation certificates to the representatives of the three companies. These certificates are not only a token of appreciation but also a testament to the collective efforts of all sectors in building an inclusive environment and promoting social integration for people with disabilities.

Ms. Mu Yan, a family representative of an employee with intellectual disabilities, also attended the ceremony and shared her personal story. On behalf of the families, she thanked the corporate donors for their attention to the disability community and expressed hope that more organizations would join in supporting young people with disabilities in their journey toward social participation and self-fulfillment.

After the donation ceremony, the corporate representatives toured the factory floor. They stopped by the production lines to learn about the equipment and workflow. We introduced them to the assistive devices and machinery specially designed to enhance employee efficiency, and discussed production line management and job matching.

Every act of kindness helps pave a path toward independence and dignity for people with disabilities. China Inclusion Factory will continue to build partnerships and mobilize social resources to foster an inclusive, supportive, and respectful employment environment.
