On March 28, 2025, the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Inclusion Factory was successfully held in Taicang. The event, themed “Ten Years of Inclusion Factory” symbolized the journey of growth and evolution over the past ten years—from the early stages of foundation and perseverance to today’s achievements and progress.
On this special occasion, over a hundred distinguished guests from the governments, businesses, and various sectors of both China and Germany gathered to witness this significant milestone.

The celebration began with a warm welcome from Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, Chairman of the Board of Inclusion Factory, who expressed his heartfelt appreciation to all distinguished guests in attendance. Following his speech, Mr. Lucas Meyer, Deputy Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Shanghai, and Mr. Li Gang, Director of Taicang High Tech Industrial Development Zone management committee, delivered speeches recognizing the Inclusion Factory’s decade-long dedication to promoting employment for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Although unable to attend in person, our co-founder and former Chairman of the Board, Mr. Thilo Koeppe, sent a heartfelt video message congratulating the Inclusion Factory on its milestone anniversary.

During the event, employee Zhang Hao delivered a passionate solo performance of “Loyal to the Country”, which deeply moved the audience and received rounds of applause.

Three special guests also took the stage to share their heartfelt stories. Fang Zhisong, a model employee, spoke about his transistion from the Inclusion Factory to working at IMS Gear.

Chen Yuya, the factory’s first retired employee, reminisced about her invaluable experiences at the factory.

Hu Yaoping, a family representative, shared a touching account of her child’s transformation while working at the Inclusion Factory.

During the special appreciation ceremony, Board Member Ms. Jesicar Shen presented certificates of recognition to eight dedicated employees—Li Li, Lu Chunxiao, Yu Ziheng, Yang Yanping, Sun Huiquan, Chen Shiqi, Andy Di, and Jane Cao—honoring their decade-long commitment and shared growth with the Inclusion Factory.

To commemorate this milestone, Mr. Lucas Meyer, Mr. Li Gang, Mr. Cai Yufeng (Logistics Manager of Bakkavor Bakery), Mr. Andrzej Wojcikowski (Head of Region Asia at Mubea), Ms. Chen Jing (Board Member of the Inclusion Factory), along with employee representatives Yu Ziheng and Li Li, joined together to cut the 10th-anniversary cake. This cake, generously sponsored by Bakkavor Bakery, symbolized both the well wishes for the future and the decade-long bond between all supporting partners.

As the celebration drew to a close, all employees joined together in a heartfelt choir performance of “Grateful Heart.” Without elaborate techniques, each sincere lyric conveyed their deep gratitude to all supporters who have stood by the Inclusion Factory throughout its journey.

In the final segment of the celebration, the specially arranged interactive zones for Floor Curling, Tower Building, and Pitch-pot were in full swing, bringing together guests and employees in a spirit of collaboration and engagement. Attendees freely formed teams, fostering meaningful exchanges through teamwork and shared experiences.

Meanwhile, at the adjacent creative showcase, handcrafted butterfly specimens and fidget spinners—crafted by employees during their daily training sessions—captured the attention of many. These meticulously made items not only reflected their creativity and craftsmanship but also symbolized their personal growth and development.This relaxed and joyful interactive session added a unique and heartfelt touch to the 10th-anniversary celebration, leaving lasting warm memories for all.
