Witness Moment | The 7.5 Millionth MANN+HUMMEL Safety Valve Manufactured at the Inclusion Factory!
MANN+HUMMEL, as our partner, provides production orders every year, creating valuable employment opportunities for our colleagues with disabilities. In October 2023, the executives of MANN+HUMMEL visited the Inclusion Factory for a tour and exchange. The following content is reproduced from MANN+HUMMEL.
On October 13th, Mr. Thomas Fischer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MANN+HUMMEL Group and a member of the founding family, visited China again. Accompanied by Mr. Xu Jie, Vice President and China President of MANN+HUMMEL Group, Ms. Yu Hong, Market Director of MANN+HUMMEL China, and Mr. Li Hua, Operations Director of MANN+HUMMEL China, he visited the Inclusion Factory.
During the discussion meeting, besides relevant managers, three employees with intellectual disabilities also participated. Mr. Jia Ying, General Manager of the Inclusion Factory, detailed the development process of the factory, stories of employees with intellectual disabilities, and the nearly decade-long communication and cooperation with MANN+HUMMEL to Mr. Thomas Fischer. Mr. Fischer also expressed MANN+HUMMEL’s continuous support for environmental protection and public welfare through his speech, stating their commitment to continue practicing it.
Subsequently, the group visited the safety valve production line and witnessed the production of the 7.5 millionth safety valve, celebrating it with a ceremony.
