Assistive Equipment Arrives at Inclusion Factory – Supporting Inclusive Employment

Recently, a batch of new production equipment was delivered to Inclusion Factory. The procurement was initiated by the Taicang Disabled Persons’ Federation and made possible through the “Disability Care Fund,” a named fund established and managed by the Taicang Charity Federation, with financial support from GEA Process Engineering China Limited. This collaborative effort helps ensure that employees with disabilities can work with greater ease and dignity.

The equipment includes a Zebra printer and an HC-4030 wire stripping machine, both currently in the training phase and soon to be fully operational. These devices are expected to improve work efficiency, boost productivity, and expand the factory’s wire harness processing capacity – creating more job opportunities in the process.

The HC-4030 is a high-precision, automated wire stripping machine designed for pre-stripping wire ends with high accuracy requirements.

The addition of these two machines further streamlines the factory’s production processes, making daily operations smoother and more accessible for employees.

Behind the arrival of this new equipment lies the sustained effort of multiple partners: the Taicang Disabled Persons’ Federation for planning and coordinating the project, the Taicang Charity Federation for building a bridge of public goodwill, and GEA Process Engineering China Limited for its active commitment to corporate social responsibility through continued support of the Disability Care Fund.

Every joint effort helps smooth the path toward employment for people with disabilities. Inclusion Factory extends its sincere gratitude to all partners and looks forward to continuing this shared journey of advancing inclusive employment.
