A New Beginning, A Journey of the Heart: Inclusion Factory’s New Plant Opening Ceremony Successfully Held!

On March 26, 2024, the Sino-German Charity Event and the opening ceremony of the new plant of Inclusion Factory were held in Taicang. This historic moment was witnessed by distinguished guests from the government, business and academia of China and Germany.

Reflecting on the nine-year development journey of Inclusion Factory, this moment marks a new milestone for the factory. Since its establishment in 2015, Inclusion Factory has been actively exploring new realms of social responsibility and has continued to grow with the collective efforts of many partners.

At the event, Ms. Yin Zhi from Inclusion Factory and Ms. Hu Yajing, a representative of employees’ family members, shared their feelings and experiences within this big family, showing the growth journey in a loving and warm work environment.

With the joint support of Bakkavor, TRT and Nanyang Plaza, the Inclusion Factory has launched a new project “Inclusion Bakery”. The project aims to provide more employment opportunities and development space for our friends with disabilities, enabling them to demonstrate their value and capabilities with training and skill enhancement, and to maximize their self-worth. We welcome you to visit the Inclusion Bakery at Nanyang Plaza when it opens in May!

During the special appreciation section, Inclusion Factory specially thanked the companies and institutions that have provided selfless support and assistance in its operation, and awarded certificates of appreciation to express deep gratitude. The support from these organizations ensures the sustainable development of Inclusion Factory and gives more strength and momentum to charitable causes.
