Social Inclusion Academy is a program using education as a tool for social awareness, vocational rehabilitation, and inclusion.

Disability Awareness Workshop

Disability Awareness Workshop is a dynamic, highly participatory and interactive approach to stimulating attitudinal change towards disability inclusion.

Participants are exposed to social dilemmas, concepts for promoting an equal society and methods for devel-oping their operation into an inclusive environment for people with disabilities.

Job Coach Training

Job Coach Training is Based on the German Lebenshilfe model complemented with accumulated experience of Inclusion Factory. After graduation, participants keep promoting inclusive employment.

This month’s training gave me a much better understanding of people with intellectual disabilities and formed an overall framework for their employment. SIA`s curriculum is very comprehensive. All lectures are well-linked together, getting deep in content. This training was really great, I had a chance to be in contact with every single employee. SIA training was short but very meaningful.
