In May 2026, German Consul General Dr. Norbert Riedel and his wife Dr. Angelika Kleffner-Riedel visited China Inclusion Factory for an exchange and tour.<\/div>\n

We integrates Germany\u2019s \u201cLebenshilfe\u201d model with local needs, gradually establishing an inclusive, supportive, and well-adapted employment environment for people with disabilities. Currently, We focuses on automotive parts production, with the majority of orders coming from German companies.<\/div>\n

During the workshop tour, the delegation, accompanied by Board Directors Ms. Shen Ya and Ms. Chen Jing, General Manager Mr. Wu Xiaobin, and long-time supporter Thomas, observed multiple production lines up close. From specially modified workholding fixtures to visual work instructions, every detail reflected the factory\u2019s commitment to precisely matching equipment and processes to employees\u2019 individual capabilities.<\/p>\n

We also introduced customized assembly equipment designed specifically for employees with disabilities. These assistive devices effectively enhance operational safety and work efficiency.<\/p>\n
