On May 28, 2026, Inclusion Factory successfully hosted the \u201cLight in Our Hearts\u201d CSR Appreciation Gathering. We were honored to welcome distinguished guests including Ms. Wan Fenqi, Vice Mayor of Taicang; Mr. Li Gang, Director of the Taicang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Administrative Committee; Mr. Zhou Dong, President of the Executive Board of Taicang Disabled Persons\u2019 Federation; Ms. Pu Chunyan, Deputy Director of Taicang Civil Affairs Bureau; Ms. Zhao Jian, Deputy Director of the Taicang Municipal Department of Social Work; Ms. Gong Jinfang, Deputy Director of Taicang Industry and Information Technology Bureau; and Mr. Richard Zhang, Chairman of the Taicang Roundtable, who joined us to witness the impact and achievements of inclusive employment.<\/div>\n

The event was themed \u201cLight in Our Hearts,\u201d symbolizing how every act of kindness and support \u2014 no matter how small it may seem \u2014 can come together as a warm light that illuminates the path forward for one another. Over the past year, Inclusion Factory has remained committed to the cause of inclusive employment, helping more and more partners with disabilities find their rhythm at work, build confidence, integrate into society, and grow step by step.<\/div>\n

During the event, guests watched a short video featuring the growth stories of our employees, witnessing the meaningful changes that have taken place in their daily work and lives. From initial shyness and silence to gradually opening up and becoming part of the team, each genuine and heartfelt story deeply moved everyone present.<\/p>\n

Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, Chairman of the Board of Inclusion Factory, delivered the opening speech and expressed sincere gratitude to the government departments, partner companies, and all sectors of society that have continuously supported the development of the factory. He emphasized that Inclusion Factory remains dedicated to creating dignified and meaningful employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, while also calling on more companies and social organizations to work together in advancing inclusive employment and making inclusion a normal part of society.<\/p>\n

He noted that Inclusion Factory has become one of the important highlights of Taicang\u2019s cooperation with Germany in the field of social welfare.
